“All praise be to Allah who is the one who formed the Shari’ah, who favoured us initially with Guidance and gave us protection frrom ignorance, purely through his compassion. Peace and salatutations be upon Nabi ﷺ who is our protector from falsehood. Peace be upon the family of Nabi ﷺ, his companions, the Ta’bieen and those Fuqaha’ who devoted their efforts to deriving Shari’ rulings so that this Fiqh can protect us from the common nature of sins and ignorance; guiding us to the truth. Nonetheless, our honourable Mufti Mubasshir Ibn Mawlana Talha Ibn Hafiz Sana’ullah Ibn Mawlana Ismail Manubari (who is a resident of England) came into contact with this humble servant in the year 1441Hijri and to date, he has continued to write Fatawa. The Fatawa of the described are in accordance to the Hanafi School of Thought, which I (this lowly servant) read and advise/approve. Thereafter, the described (Mufti Mubasshir) uploads it onto his website.
Since the aforementioned (Mufti Mubasshir) is in England, he has completed the formal Ifta’ syllabus under expert Muftis and Ulama’. Nonetheless, this humble servant has continued to oversee his Fatawa-writing, approving his Fatwas.
Now, this humble servant is giving the aforementioned (Mufti Mubasshir) the Ijazah for Ifta’ from my own side. Thus, this humble servant advises the recipent of this Ijazah (Mufti Mubasshir) that he adopts Taqwa and piety at every juncture of his life. Moreover, since a Mufti signs [each Fatwa] on behalf of Allah, he should uphold Islamic mannerisms and character; after following the Haqq (truth), he should not be dissuaded by the criticism of the criticisers. The described should also stay firm on the Aqeedah of the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama’ah, firm on the Hanafi Madhab avoiding unnecessary mixing between the different schools of thought. Finally, this humble servant advises that he remembers me in his Du’as, both in public and in private. May Allah grant him the ability to act upon this (advice).
